DJR Cos. is developing approximately 5 acres of raw infill land into a planned residential development for single family homes with accessory dwelling unit options, a neighborhood general commercial retail / mixed-use component separated by natural open space, as well as a proposed publicly accessed community park. The project is located within San Diego County.
